Response Times & What to Expect
Tool Stack is maintained by a small independent team. We do not have a dedicated support department, but we genuinely care about hearing from users and we make every effort to respond promptly.
- Bug reports — We aim to acknowledge bug reports within 24 hours and typically investigate and fix confirmed bugs within three to five business days, depending on severity.
- Tool suggestions — We review every suggestion and add feasible requests to our development backlog. You may not always receive an individual reply, but your idea will be read and considered.
- Incorrect calculations — If you believe a tool is producing wrong results, please share the input values and expected output so we can reproduce and verify the issue. We treat these as high-priority.
- Partnership & business enquiries — We respond to all legitimate business enquiries within two business days.
- General feedback — We read all feedback and use it to guide the site's direction. Response times may vary, but every message is appreciated.

Do I need an account to use Tool Stack?
No. Every tool on the site is completely free to use with no registration required. There are no premium tiers, no paywalls, and no sign-up prompts.
My data isn't being saved — is that normal?
Yes, this is by design. Tool Stack processes all input locally in your browser and does not persist your data between sessions. The only things stored in your browser are your chosen color theme (light or dark) and a short list of recently used tools, both via localStorage.
I found a calculation that seems wrong. What should I do?
Please contact us using the form above and choose "Incorrect Calculation" as the subject. Include the tool name, the values you entered, the result you received, and the result you expected. We will investigate and correct any errors as quickly as possible.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Absolutely — tool suggestions are very welcome. Use the form above and choose "Tool Suggestion". Briefly describe what the tool would do and how you would use it. Popular or frequently-requested tools are more likely to be prioritized.
Is Tool Stack available as a mobile app?
Not as a native app, but the site is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers. You can add it to your home screen from your browser's share/options menu to get an app-like experience without any download.
How is the site funded?
Tool Stack displays a small number of Google AdSense advertisements. These ads allow us to cover hosting and development costs while keeping every tool permanently free. We have deliberately chosen a minimal, non-intrusive ad layout so that ads never block or interfere with tool usage.
